Recipe: Honey Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Apple Sandwiches

by

An Amazing and Healthy Idea for Lunch for Kids

Today I’m at Fitbloggin and the amazing breakfasts and lunches we have are inspiring! I have so many recipes to share, I can’t wait! HOWEVER, it is still Honey Month and I’ve got a yummy sandwich that is so different and so yummy, that I packed for the kids last week. And also remember that honey berry waffle I posted last week? I could TOTALLY picture it having a cream cheese filling a little bit like the filling in this sandwich, and one day I shall try it and report back.

This sandwich is made up of a million different flavors but when they get together, it’s like a big party in a sandwich. I let my kids try a little bit of it before I surprised them with it in their lunches but they were excited to chow on it when I packed it. It’s really filling too and they got all addicted to sunflower seeds in the process.

Here you go! (Feel free to pin it to share it!)

This cream cheese mixture was so good I wanted to eat it by the spoonful. It is DEFINITELY a great cream cheese filling for something… like WAFFLES! The cinnamon-y cream cheese with the peanut butter and the crunchy of the apple, it was delicious! It was a meal.

I hope the kids enjoy it, I know I mine did!
