My 6 year old earned his stripe last week! Here he is karate chopping a board in half, it’s pretty cool! He looks pretty passionate!
He’s a yellow belt now (further along than I am because I’m still a white belt) and he needs three stripes before he tests for his orange belt.
This’ll be his first stripe. His stripe test was the same day he lost two teeth in one day.
This is his fall “jack-o-lantern” look.
The Tooth Fairy came by later that night and dropped off $5 for him. He asked me in the morning what she does with the teeth and I told him I wasn’t sure, but perhaps she makes a tooth quilt?
That’s pretty gross. Why does this stuff come out of my mouth? I didn’t have anything better, really?
It was the only thing I could think of.
I’m not a good improviser, it gets me in trouble with questions like, “Where do babies come from?” (You see, there’s this magic wand…)
