SPICES. SMELLS OF SPICES. FOOD MADE WITH SPICES.
I don’t think I can accurately describe to you how the food smelled whilst cooking with McCormick Spices on the McCormick tour yesterday here at Fitbloggin, my favorite fitness blog conference ever.
I can try to show you.
But you won’t get it. And oh how I wish you could.
This will be short and sweet but first IT’S AMAZING BEING HERE! It’s so great seeing faces I know and meeting new faces. We got here just in time for the McCormick Tour, and we learned a lot about their operation up here. But today I’m just going to show you yummy food pictures.
There is chicken marinated with herbs, tilapia in a 5 minute marinade, turmeric cauliflower, a squash and zucchini ribbon salad (the squash and zucchini cut in ribbons using a peeler), asparagus and a farro risotto.
It was all delicious.
We went to some session to see the science behind studying flavor and sensory processing, flavor building and taste testing and it was fascinating.
And then there was this.
Which was eyes-roll-in-the-back-of-your-head good.
Yeah. Some good stuff.
That’s some of the amazing food photos from Fitbloggin and I have to tell you, I’m so inspired now to mix up my recipe repertoire.
Did you post photos from Fitbloggin? Did you post photos at all? Link them up below!
