It’s Day 5 of the 12 Days of Fitness, are you sweating yet?? I AM! I don’t know about you but this calorie burning is adding a nice little extra to my life.

On the 5th day of Fitness my trainer gave to me …
1 wall sittingggggggggg!*
40 seconds burpees,
3 sets of lunge
30 jumping jacks…
and 1 minute of plaaaaaa-aaaank foooooooooor MEEEEEEEEEEE!
*30 seconds. Go for it!
