After today, one more day of fitnessing for the holidays!
I’ve actually been sore! When all is said and done, I might actually use these 12 things as my daily morning routine. That’s actually sort of how this started actually. I wanted to do something every morning to get the blood flowing, burn some calories and make sure I get my body revved. I also wanted to make sure I did things like squats and core work every day because two of my problem areas are my butt and my belly.
Hence, the 12 Days of Fitness was born! Accountability that would exist far into the future (or at least for the next 12 days!)
Now we are on day 11. I pretty much promised I would do the last one on video tomorrow, so come back tomorrow for that.
For now, here’s your 11th exercise. Sing it with me!

11 Pikes a Piking!
3 sets of squatting
Spontaneous dancing!*
3 Sets triceps a-dippin*….
10 Pushups times 3
1 Wall Sittttt-ING!*
40 Seconds Burpees
3 Sets of Lunge
30 Jumping Jacks
AAAAAAnd 1 Minute Plaaa-aaaaanks for meeeeee!
Asterisks: *That’s right, spontaneous dancing! Bust a move! Anything you want, free form 30 seconds of goodness in the privacy of your own office or home. *Wall sitting 30 seconds, *sets are sets of 10.
